By accessing or using the Car Leni hai website, mobile application or services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Car Leni hai is an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers and authorised dealerships of vehicles. We act as an intermediary/listing platform and are not the seller or owner of any vehicle listed. We do not provide warranties, guarantees or cashback on vehicles, and all purchase decisions are made directly between the buyer and the seller/dealership.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (including your mobile number and identity documents) is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• One person may hold one account; duplicate accounts may be removed.

The Platform offers Basic, Pro and Ultra plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Payment is processed through our payment partners and is subject to their terms.

• Downgrades are not offered mid-subscription. Your current plan stays active until it expires and then rolls back to Basic — no cash refunds.
• Renewals extend your plan from the end of the current period.
• Referral commissions and loyalty discount tokens are subject to the referral program terms and are not exchangeable for cash.

• Auction listings require a verified identity, vehicle registration number, a certified inspection report and a walk-around video.
• Registering to bid authorises a refundable registration-fee e-mandate — an authorization only. It is charged only if you win, and released if the auction closes without a deal.
• The winning bidder pays the deal price by NEFT/RTGS to a secure virtual account generated for the deal.
• Ultra plan allows bidding on one vehicle at a time; re-bidding is allowed after being outbid.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of the vehicle, its documents and any statutory obligations (including RTO transfer and tax clearance). You must not list stolen, encumbered or falsely described vehicles.

• No fraudulent, misleading or unlawful listings or bids.
• No scraping, automated access or interference with the Platform.
• No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
• No spamming, harassment or unsolicited communication.

The Car Leni hai name, logo, content, software and design are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute them without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Leni hai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction between users. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Platform in the preceding three months. We are not responsible for the quality, condition or legality of any vehicle, or for any dispute between buyers and sellers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Leni hai, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
