Pro/Ultra are recurring Razorpay subscriptions. You pay at Razorpay's hosted checkout and the plan activates on the first charge; it renews automatically until you cancel (access stays until the paid period ends — no refunds). Upgrades apply instantly; Pro → Ultra credits the remaining Pro validity pro-rata. In dev the mock provider activates plans instantly. Listing fees and RTO/inspection charges are separate one-time Razorpay charges.
